Q:No sleep records or inaccurate records
A:1. Ensure the watch is connected to your phone and that its time is synchronized with your phone's local time. Sleep time is calculated from 8 PM to 9 AM.
2. The app's central rate is monitored 24 hours a day to determine if it is open.
3. Check if the lens of the heart rate light on the back of the watch is dirty.
4. Is the watch worn too loosely? During sleep, the watch may shift and move back and forth, causing significant light leakage around the heart rate sensor and resulting in inaccurate readings.
